Why the name NINON (nee-nawh-n)?

Anne ‘Ninon’ de Enclos was a 17th century French author and courtesan known as being a patron of the arts and for her salons.

She cultivated spaces for philosophical minds with differing opinions and various backgrounds to come together and connect.

Inspired by her life and achievements, we provide our services and opportunities to ensure progressive, sustainable change within today’s society.

People ask me why I do what I do…

I have had my fair share of working in toxic environments that were in contrast with the mission and values the company proclaimed to the outside world. My positions and roles in these companies often left me choosing between my values or the company's bottom line.

With this experience in mind, I am a thought partner to my clients as we discover reasons that contribute to unmotivated employees and navigate solutions to cultivate an inclusive, productive space. I am an accountability coach to ensure the strategic plan we develop is on track.

I am a cheerleader in successful triumphs and in learning moments. I am a supporter in empowering my clients to be the best leaders they can be.

The future of work has been shifting and organizations need to keep up. I believe we need to be pro-active to the change we are seeing in the world. My style is being mindful and intentional in cultivating a healthy, thriving culture at work. My offering of support is with those who want to be a part of the solution.
